Popular Director and Cinematographer KV Anand Passed Away

Karimanal Venkatesan Anand was an Indian cinematographer, film director and photo journalist. He was born on 30th October 1966 in Tamil Nadu, Chennai. After working as a journalist for a short period of time, he then became a cinematographer in the early 1990’s. Anand won the National film award for best cinematography for his debut film as a cinematographer. He was the founding member of the Indian society of the Cinematographers.

KV Anand had tested positive for the corona virus, later developed chest pain and suffered a heart attack. KV Anand’s mortal remains have been taken to the crematorium directly.
